THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20732 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that with respect to the illegalities alleged to have been committed by respondent Nos.3 and 4, the second respondent - Telangana State Wakf Board, rep. by Chief Executive Officer, Hyderabad, is not taking any action against them so far.

A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on 23.09.2019, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Wakf Board appearing for the second respondent submitted that the Collector is required to take necessary action or to initiate criminal proceedings with respect to the persons, who produced fake No Objection Certificates, and on 28.10.2019, that the second respondent addressed a letter dated 16.08.2019 to the Superintendent of Police, Jogulamba Gadwal District, for registering a criminal case against the third respondent and for issuing FIR.

Today, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint sent by the second respondent through registered post, a case in Crime

CKR, J W.P.No.20732 of 2019 No.302 of 2015 was registered against the third respondent and the investigation is in progress.

In the light of the above, inasmuch as FIR was registered against the third respondent, nothing remains in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
