THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18478 of 2002 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in terminating the petitioner from service by order an 25.09.2002, without following due process of law, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service.

2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been continuously working from the date of his appointment without any interruption, he is seeking regularization of his services.

4.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation contends that proposals have been submitted by the respondent-Corporation to the Government to regularize the services of the similarly situated persons in terms of G.O.Ms.212, dated 22.4.1994.
