THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VTJAYSEN REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1955 OF 2023 ORDER:(ORAL) I I I This conternpt case is filed for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26789 of 2022.
2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court, Dharani Application bearing No.2200130466 dated 31.10.2022 of the petitioner was plocessed as per procedure and forwarded to the Tahsildar, Hansanparthy Mandal. Thereafter, detailed factual report was obtained from him and order vzde proceedings No.D 1 / 1 66 I /2 022-23 5 dated 08.08.2023 was passed.
3. In view of the same, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, contempt case is closed. However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge order dated 08.08.2023 in proceedings No.Dl/166112022-235 passed by the respondent. No order as to costs.
