THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.30378 OF 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel who appeared earlier on behalf of the petitioner filed a Memo dated 16.09.2019 in this Court stating that the petitioner has already taken bundle along with No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their office on 25.03.2019 and they are not in contact with the petitioner. Along with the said Memo, a letter dated 23.05.2015 is also enclosed where under the petitioner acknowledged the receipt of the bundle along with NOC for engaging the other counsel.

Though the bundle was taken on 23.05.2015, from the perusal of the papers, it is evident that the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
