Sri K.Revanth, learned counsel representing Sri P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that despite issuing a notice to their clients by registered post with acknowledgment due, they were unable to get any response. He therefore states that he has no option but to report no instructions in the matter.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
