This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in making marks in the property admeasuring Acs.2.65 cents in R.S.No.567/2 and Ac.0.72 cents in

R.S.No.567/1B (total Acs.3.37 cents) at Matyapuri Village, Veeravasaram Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and ultravires to Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India."

At the hearing, Mr.V.S.Prasad, learned Counsel representing Mr.VSR.Anjaneyulu, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
