Kanakala Ramu, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO W.P.No.12729 of 2017
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not taking action on the representation of petitioners dated 03.08.2015 and 26.03.2016 for excluding Jarajapupeta Panchayat area from Nellimarla Nagar Panchayat, as illegal and arbitrary.
2.
Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioners contended that though the petitioners have submitted representations dated 03.08.2015 and 26.03.2016 to the respondents, no orders have been passed thereon. Thus, he prays to direct the respondents to dispose of the said representations.
4.
In view of the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representations of petitioners dated 03.08.2015 and 26.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 5th June, 2017 sj
