THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2001 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 30.06.2016, passed in W.P.No.26661 of 2015. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, dated 30.06.2016, has been complied with though belatedly.

In view of the above submission, no further proceedings are warranted in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
