THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.545 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.12.2016 in I.A. No.315 of 2016 in O.S. No.2269 of 2015 on the file of the Court of III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision petition, before the trial court, including admissibility of the document in question. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
