HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.12424 of 2006 ORDER:

The action of respondent Nos. 3 to 5, in rejecting the nomination of the petitioner in respect of the Zilla Parishad, Terrestrial Constituency, Santhakaviti, is questioned in the writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Sri Simhachalam Barapa Reddy, learned Counsel, representing learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
