CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO. 1648 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the orders dated 06/06/2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anaparthi, in Crl.MP.No. 3022 of 2017 in C.C.No. 521 of 2015 dismissing the petition under section 311 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner herein seeking to reopen the case and permit him to adduce evidence on his behalf.

2. Sri Solomon Raju Manchala, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Case.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
