The inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, in disposing of the representation of the petitioners dated 13.12.2016 and 14.12.2016, seeking extension of six months time to decast sand from their patta lands over an extent of 4.20 tgs. in Sy.Nos.36/A1 to 36/A4 and 38/E, Manpahad Village, Devaruppala Mandal, Warangal District, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.12.2016 and 14.12.2016, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
