CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.809 of 2006 21.09.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order and decree, dated 03.08.2006, in O.P.No.173 of 2003 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

This case was taken up for hearing on 20.09.2016. As no one appeared for the appellant, it was adjourned to today, for being posted under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing her cause in the appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 15.09.2006, in C.M.A.M.P.No.1632 of 2006, is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.1632 of 2006 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
