HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.763 and 764 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

These two revisions are outcome of the docket orders in D.V.C.No.2 of 2014 and M.C.No.27 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru, respectively against the final orders of the learned trial Magistrate. The D.V.C.Appeal No.12 of 2017 and M.C.Revision No.3 of 2017 are pending on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Krishna District at Machilipatnam. 2.

There are interim orders passed in D.V.C and M.C. respectively, pending the appeal and revision supra. It is impugning the said interim orders, the present revisions are filed by the wife against the husband and in laws respectively of D.V.C. and against the husband in M.C. 3.

Heard both sides at length.

Instead of interfering with the impugned interim orders, this Court feels it just from the elaborate arguments submitted by both sides, to give disposal of the appeal and revision by common order or by individual orders, within one month, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, both the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of.
