This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, challenging the order, dated 19.08.2019, passed in I.A.No.1044 of 2018 in O.S.No.281 of 2016, by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge at Warangal, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioners/ defendants under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 of CPC praying to reject the plaint submitted by the respondent/ plaintiff, was dismissed. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants and perused the record.

Having argued for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants would submit that the subject suit is of the year 2016. If a direction is given to the Court below to expedite the trial of the suit, that would meet the ends of justice.

Under these circumstances, the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge at Warangal is directed to dispose of O.S.No.281 of 2016, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While dealing with the subject suit, the Court below shall also decide the jurisdiction and maintainability of the suit.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
