This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.14 of 2012, against the petitioner, on the file of the CID Police, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the CID Police dated 11.06.2018 stating that the final report is submitted in the case referring the case as civil in nature. 3.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J September 14, 2018 DSK
