These writ petitions are filed to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad in not registering the FIR against the complaints dated 02.01.2019 and 27.01.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Ch. Sudhakar Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that based on the complaints of the petitioner, a case has been registered on 29.09.2019 in Crime No.637 of 2019 of Jubilee Hills Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 3 (1) (x) of SC & ST (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 324, 448, 380 and 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Later, the 3rd respondent authority has taken up investigation in the matter.

Having regard to the said statement made on behalf of the 3rd respondent, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no furthers orders are required to be passed in these writ petitions.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
