This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, declare the in action of the respondent not give a rebate on property tax for shop No.05, ground floor, Down Town the mall, situated at H.No.6-2-27,27/A and 28/GF-05, Khairtabad, Lakdi-ka-pul, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Cooperation Act and also violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 25.07.2019 filed by the petitioner seeking tax rebate under Sections 202 and 232 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955...."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 24.09.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.20770 of 2019 and batch.

Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "As the petitioners had not paid the tax as on date, the respondent authorities shall consider the applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously, after giving them an opportunity to place on record the relevant documents in support of their claim that the subject shops are vacant and they are not in occupation. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
