HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2802 OF 2017 ORDER:
Questioning the seizure of the Lorry bearing No.A.P TU 4699 from the custody of the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
It is the case of the petitioner that even though he had submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 05.01.2017 seeking release of his vehicle bearing No.A.P TU 4699, the 2nd respondent did not take any steps so far. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and especially in view of the representation dated 05.01.2017 of the petitioner is pending with the 2nd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 05.01.2017 of the petitioner within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
