Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent No.5.

Petitioner is working as Karobar in the 5th respondent - Gram Panchayat. On 10.06.2019, show cause notice was issued calling upon the petitioner to submit his explanation on the allegation that he was involved in political activity for campaigning for a candidate of a particular political party. Petitioner claims to have submitted his explanation on 03.07.2019. Alleging inaction in not paying the salary to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since show cause notice was already issued by the competent authority and petitioner filed his explanation, in the peculiar facts of this case and to balance the equities, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following directions:

The District Panchayat Officer, Sangareddy, Sangareddy District, the 3rd respondent, is directed to pass orders on due consideration of the explanation offered by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 10.06.2019 by assigning due reasons in support of the decision within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is

accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
