This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment of their respective lands admeasuring different extents in R.S.Nos.785, 786, 787, 783/2 and 784/2, situated at Jayapuram Village, Pedapadu Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to

G.O.Ms.No.83, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish-II) Dept., dated 1209-2007 r/w G.O.Ms.No.18 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish-II) Dept., dated 2603-2008, and for a consequential declaration that the petitioners have deemed permission, pursuant to their application, dated 03-08-2009, to convert their lands into fish tanks.

At the hearing, Mr.Ch.Ramakrishna, learned Counsel representing Mr.V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 06-01-2011, is vacated and WVMP.No.942 of 2011 and WPMP.No.37 of 2011 are disposed of as infructuous.
