Heard Sri A. Sudharshan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Rajender Reddy, counsel for petitioners; the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent nos.1, 2 and 4; and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.5 and 6; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for 3rd respondent. None appears for 7th respondent. 2.
The petitioners' grievance is that the respondents have deleted Rakamcherla Village from the proposed list of new Gram Panchayats contrary to the letters dt.24.10.2017 and 17.01.2018 of the 2nd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri G. Narender Reddy, state that if petitioners make representation to respondent nos.2 and 3, the respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider the same and communicate their decision thereon to petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make a representation to the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj, State of Telangana, and to the District Collector, Vikarabad District, Vikarabad (3rd respondent), and the said respondents shall dispose of the representation made by petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

the order, and communicate their decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
