Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims to be in possession of house bearing No.11-1-226 admeasuring 35 sq. yards in Dhobi Galli, Aghapura, Hyderabad. This piece of land is the Government land, but for several years, petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Taking advantage of the scheme formulated by the Government and notified vide G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30.12.2014, petitioner claimed to have applied for regularization of the said property on 13.01.2015. Alleging that there is no further progress on the application filed by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

Though learned Government Pleader for Revenue sought to contend that regularization cannot be granted to the petitioner, as fairly submitted by him, so far no decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner pursuant to her application dated 13.01.2015.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nampally, Hyderabad, the 3rd respondent, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner bearing No.06/0045/Reg.N, dated 13.01.2015, and communicate his decision to the petitioner by assigning due reasons in support of the decision
- 3 - within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
