No representation for the sole petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam, having completed the investigation, and even it was assigned PRC.No.32 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
