When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Apex Court in APSRTC and another vs S.Narsagoud1 and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
