When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not working with the respondents and therefore, he is not entitled to seek regularization of his services. In view of the above submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
