When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners are seeking a direction to direct the respondents to pay full salary for the suspension period from 15.1.1999 to 4.1.2001 during which the petitioners were kept under suspension pending departmental enquiry and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim direction on 29.7.2004 directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.9.2003 and pass appropriate orders within four weeks. 2.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
