THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29007 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 09.08.2016 terminating the services of the petitioner, who is working as Field Assistant of Chinnadudyala Village, Muddanuru Mandal in YSR Kadapa District.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of termination was passed without following due process of law. In view of the remedy of alternative appeal to the District Collector, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, but gives liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the petitioner files such appeal, the second respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
