Petitioners are working as P.G.Teachers in various disciplines in Telangana Model School, Gungal Village, Ranga Reddy District. The grievance of the petitioners is without any cause or justification and without prior notice and opportunity salary for five to six days of the petitioners was deducted, payable for the month of June, 2016. Aggrieved thereby petitioners submitted representation to the Director of School Education as well as to the District Collector, and District Educational Officer, Ranga Reddy District, on 28.12.2016. But so far no reply is furnished and salaries are not remitted to their account. 3.

Since the petitioners have raised their grievance in their representation and the issue is pending consideration of the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education & Ex-officio, Project Director (2nd respondent) to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 28.12.2016 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
