N.Buchi Reddy v. State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.20777 of 2019 ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.
2.
It is stated by counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.06.06.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.10832 of 2019.
3.
Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of directing 3rd respondent to receive and process the documents presented by petitioner without reference to the Notification dt.26.09.2013, issued by the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District.
4.
In the event the said documents are found to be fit for registration, the 3rd respondent shall complete the due formalities in accordance with law and release the documents. 5.
However, if the 3rd respondent still finds any ground to exercise power under Section 71 of the Act of 1908 and refuse registration of the documents presented by petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to petitioner.

6.
The said exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, not later than one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of the order, be it from whatsoever source. 7.
It is also made clear that mere registration of the said documents would not confer title upon the property covered thereby, if it is otherwise wanting, and would not preclude the Government from taking appropriate steps as warranted by law, if it seeks to assert any right or title over the said land.
8.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
9.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
