ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the civil disputes and calling the petitioner to the police station frequently, the present writ petition is filed. A counter-affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent denying the alleged interference stating that the petitioner filed a private complaint, which was forwarded to the police for investigation, the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.839 of 2012 and investigation was taken up. It is further stated that during the course of investigation, it is ascertained that O.S.No.2077 of 2011 is pending and they are verifying the veracity of the contents of the private complaint.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
