Sri V.Ramchander Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, would point out that this very petitioner has also instituted W.P.No.1051 of 2009, which stood decided by this Court by its judgment dated 19.01.2015 and the said judgment is therefore, holding the field as of now.

In that view of the judgment, no further orders are needed to be passed. Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
