When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner states that pursuant to the interim direction granted by this court on 02.01.2004 directing respondent No.1 to pay salary to the petitioner as per the resolution dated 28.01.2002 passed by the respondent-society, salaries were paid to the petitioner and no further orders are necessary to be passed in the writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
