CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.28130 of 2014 Dt: 06.09.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records pertaining to CC No.813/2009 on the file of the Consumer District Redressal Forum-I, Hyderabad, as modified by the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hyderabad in FA.No.91/2013, dated: 03.01.2014 and consequently, quash the said proceedings by declaring the said orders as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction."

At the hearing, Mr.Ghouse Pasha, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.Raja Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and this Writ Petition is, accordingly. dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.35210 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
