THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21121 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for mutation in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 28.06.2019 and has also paid the requisite fee thereof, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action there on.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
