HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5622 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.172 of 2018 on the file of Shamshabad Rural Police Station, Shamshabad, Cyberabad District. The crime registered is for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , 1989. 2.

The contentions in the bail application are that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the crime and he is innocent and he has not committed any offence much less the offence alleged by the de facto complainant. 3.

Point No.2 in the bail application, in the second page middle, clearly speaks that on 09.05.2018 the statement of victim girl was recorded by the Woman Inspector of Police, wherein it is stated that she is second of four daughters of her parents and when she was studying tenth class in the Government school, the Head Master, who is the accused herein by name Syed Akbar, given his phone number to her and asked to call her, but she did not call him. Later, she was admitted in the Narayana Junior College, Shamshabad in Intermediate

Dr. SSRB,J Crl. P.No.5622 of 2018 where she failed in economics subject and when she called him, he told that he will get pass her. Since then she used to make calls to him to his mobile number 7396944950 and was talking to him and one day when she was going to college, he came in car and took her to a room at Shadnagar and participated in sexual intercourse against her will.

It is suffice to say the petitioner no way deserves the concession of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
