Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the material on record. Accordingly and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of and respondent Nos.3 & 4 are directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the enquiry is not completed within the stipulated time, the impugned order ceases its force until completion of enquiry. The petitioner is also directed to appear before respondent Nos.3 & 4 on 27.06.2017 without fail, for them to give further date for his continuous appearance and participation.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
