cma_422_2006 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order dated 04-04-2006 in O.P.No. 47 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, whereby the said O.P. filed by the appellant, for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent, under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, was dismissed.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he needs time for further instructions.

This case was filed as far back as the year 2006. In view of the long lapse of time, we are not inclined to grant adjournment. As learned counsel for the appellant is not prepared to argue the case, we have no option other than dismissing the appeal. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil miscellaneous appeal, C.M.A.M.P.No. 1250 of 2008 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
