This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant/defacto complainant under section 372 of Cr.P.C., against the judgment dated 29/3/2010 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari district, in Sessions Case No. 49 of 2009 acquitting the respondents 2 to 4/A-1 to A-3 under section 235 [1] Cr.P.C., for the charges under section 306 read with section 109 of IPC.

2. Sri M.V. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/defacto complainant submits that after filing the present criminal appeal, the respondents 2 to 4/A-1 to A-3 and appellant/defacto complainant have compromised the matter outside the court

before the elders in the village and seeks permission to withdraw this criminal appeal.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
