OFFICE NOTE 07.08.2025 JSR, J Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No.2 imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8524 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4.

Mr.Y. Bala Murali, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.8524 of 2025, petitioner Nos.2 and 4/accused Nos.2 and 4 have been appearing before the S.H.O., Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, on every Monday and further presence of the petitioners is no more required, especially, there is a threat in the hands of the de facto complainant. Unless condition No.2 is relaxed, petitioner Nos.2 and 4/accused Nos.2 and 4 will be put to great hardship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into the consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the
