Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that C.R.P.No.3099 of 2018 filed by the petitioners against the order dismissing the re-open petition, was dismissed by this court on 07.06.2018 and hence the present revision filed against the order dismissing the consequential petition for receipt of documents, is also liable to be dismissed. In view of the above submission, the present revision is dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
