HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1307 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.24-10-2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.38241 of 2018.

In the said order, this Court had directed the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dt.25-06-2018 for regularization of his services as per G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Department dt.22-04-1994 within six weeks.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II has produced before me G.O.Ms.No.62, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (MPP& ZPP Estt.) Department dt.30-11-2019 according permission to the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad for regularizing the services of the petitioner. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Services-II that consequential orders have to be issued by the Commissioner.

In view of the issuance of the said G.O. by the 1st respondent, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
