I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of the common order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.Nos.8504 and 8661 of 2025 which reads as under: " The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 9:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is promptly appearing before the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner is now residing in Bangalore, as such, is facing difficulty. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, concurred with the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, that petitioner is appearing promptly before the Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.8504 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to

appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
