THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20802 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station and directing them not to enter into the land in Survey No.243 to an extent of Ac.5.83 cents situated at Tandur Village and Mandal, Mancherial District, in collusion with the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 24.09.2019, submits that the 2nd respondent police never called the petitioners to the Police Station and till today no case is registered against the petitioners.

In view of the above said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are necessary since the cause in the writ petition does not survive any more.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
