CVNR, J & MGR, J WP.No.30707 of 2010 Dt: 06.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue Writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order dt 31-7-2009 in FA No.976 of 2006 passed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, in so far as the petitioner is directed to pay amount of Rs. One lakh along with compensation @ of 9% per annum for the date of complaint till realization as being illegal, perverse and without jurisdiction."

Since the petitioner has the effective alternative remedy of a revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for adjudication on merits.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.39078 of 2010, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
