No. 3173/TSSA/IE/T8/2015 dated 30.05.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent, directing the District Project Officers not to re-engage the petitioner as inclusive Education Resource Teacher, for the academic year 2015-16 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to re-engage the petitioner as Inclusive Education Resource Teachers for the academic year 2015-16.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivas Bodduluri, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Education (TG) for Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4, the Court made the following ORDER:
