Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstance stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a direction to the Respondent Police that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner/Accused No.1, he shall be released on bail in Crime No.420/2016 on the file of the Patamata Police St at ion,. Vijayawada City, Krishna District by granting Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

"It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner and other accused cheated the informant not only by not providing employment but also by not returning the amounts collected by them. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner and other accused are willing to return the amounts collected from the informant.

Post on 22.07.2016. Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested."
