HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20820 OF 2019 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner that she was issued notice 26-07-2019 and 05-08-2019 for removing the structures made in the land bearing Sy.No.532, an extent of 100 square feet out of Ac.0-04 guntas situated at Muthangi Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District and she filed explanation on 10-08-2019 and 09-09-2019 but without considering the same and without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to demolish the subject structures. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Grampanchahat.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the explanations of the petitioner and pass orders. Till passing of orders, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
