Both parties stated that after filing the Writ Petition the 4th respondent is releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop.

2. In view of this, the cause of action in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
