This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.309 of 2021 against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard Sri Gurram Venkat Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition 5.

However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the attendance of the
